The Leader of the Pack

Are you the caretaker of every one else?  Well, like a male Lion in the pack of lions, he must eat first, & come first in all things the pak does so that he may remain strong enough to protect the pak!  You must do the same for yourself.  You can't help others, if you too are ill, or weak, or stressed!
