This 110 year old man has never been sick in his life, as he explains. The mainpoint to remain healthy is to eat organic foods and vegetables, says this 110 year old man.
In the following video, Bernardo explains that he also used a recipe for longevity, which he learned from his father, who lived for 98 years. According to his way of life, you should consume organic food and vegetables in order to remain healthy. He also points out 5 food to which he gives credit for his long life:
  • Garlic
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Chocolate
  • Olive oil
This 5 food are very rich in vitamins and minerals, and it is not strange that these foods has helped Bernardo to live such a long life. In the video, this 110 year old man also speaks about taking care of the mental health. He says that solving crosswords and reading books are one of the best activities that people should do in their free time in order to take care of their mental health. It is not an everyday situation to see such as good looking 110 year old man.
