Stress your stomach into Knots!

Stop Stressing! Seriously the body shuts down as a defense mechanism when it's under stress. 

All throughout the day we are running thoughts through our head like "Did I pay that bill yet?" "Can I pay that bill yet?" "Why doesn't he/she love me?" "Ugh I wish they would just do better!" These thoughts actually ruin our digestion and can literally put knots in our stomach. So after we've spent time stressing over something we often do not have the power to change we then try to eat the stress away which just leads to a glorious GUT and more stress my love.  However you need to do it you must STOP STRESSING! Meditation, regular colonics, regular workout, regular "ME" time etc., will definitely help reduce stress levels.
