The New Street Drug: Junk Food!!!

People claim to be opposed to drug use are actually heavy drug users themselves. A type of fat often found in junk foods, act on the brain in the same manner as many street drugs, exposing an epidemic of inadvertent drug addiction via the standard American diet.........

junk food addiction

(NaturalNews – Ethan A. Huff) Millions of Americans who claim to be opposed to drug use are actually heavy drug users themselves, according to a new study out of France. Researchers from the University of Paris’ Functional and Adaptive Biology laboratory recently found that triglycerides, a type of fat often found in junk foods, act on the brain in the same manner as many street drugs, exposing an epidemic of inadvertent drug addiction via the standard American diet.
Serge Luquet and his team, publishing their findings in the April 15, 2014, issue of the journal Molecular Psychiatry, tested the effects of triglycerides on mice. Having previously learned that these lipid compounds stimulate certain areas of the brain associated with pleasure and reward, the team decided to see how mice reacted to having a steady supply of triglycerides infused directly into their brains.

A body conditioned to high fat intake will constantly seek it out like a drug fix

Compared to mice not receiving the triglycerides, the test mice were less motivated than control mice to seek out more food, indicating a dose-response effect from consuming the fats. All the mice were allowed to access special levers that dispensed various food rewards, but those mice given the triglycerides were less likely to have brain activity telling them to eat more.
On the flip side, the mice not given triglycerides were found to be much more compulsive when it came to getting their food. Much in the same way that drug addicts have to constantly seek out their next “fix” in order to function, the control mice, who like all mice naturally desire high-fat, high-sugar foods, tended toward obsessively craving the food rewards.
“[T]riglycerides, fatty substances from food, may act in our brains directly on the reward circuit, the same circuit that is involved in drug addiction,” reads a summary of the report.

Brain responds to fat intake the same way it responds to hard drugs

Using a fluorescence microscope to analyze the mice’s individual brain activity, the research team was able to ascertain a specific enzyme in the brain that decomposes triglycerides, producing feelings of pleasure and satisfaction. When this enzyme is removed or deactivated, as the researchers did with the test mice, the desire for fatty foods becomes insatiable, much in the same way that a drug addict goes through withdrawals when cut off from his preferred substances.
Interestingly, the infused mice tended toward reduced physical activity and decreased likelihood of balancing a diet of both high-fat foods and simpler foods, compared to control mice who were obsessed with trying to gain access to the fats.

Many obese people are ‘drug’ addicts to triglycerides, unhealthy foods

In the end, this constant desire for fatty foods can lead to binge eating and gluttony, which in turn results in obesity for many people. Not surprisingly, obese individuals tend to have excessively high levels of triglycerides in both their blood and brain, and are typically more sedentary than the average person.
“[W]ith obesity, blood (and therefore brain) triglyceride levels are higher than average,” reads a ScienceDaily.com summary of the study’s outcomes. “So obesity is often associated with overconsumption of sugary, fatty foods. … At high triglyceride contents, the brain adapts to obtain its reward, similar to the mechanisms observed when people consume drugs.”

Eat Your Stomach Pains away!!!

People eat for taste & not for health...They even eat to the point of upset stomachs & constipation & diarrhea!  Year after year after year sucking down Mylanta & Pepto Bismal & Zantac!  If we remove from our diet the foods that cause these problems, we'll see a change nearly immediately.

(NaturalNews – Raw Michelle) Digestive problems are not uncommon; it’s estimated that 25 million Americans will get a peptic ulcer at one point in their life. (1) Even children under 12 may have GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease), but instead of having the accompanying heartburn, may instead find themselves with a dry cough or have a hard time swallowing. (1)

Add to this those who seek immediate relief by taking liquid or pill antacids to help stave off heartburn and other discomforts, and we’re a western world filled with gut problems and the many ill attempts to make it all better.

But it turns out that all that effort to fight digestive issues could be more harmful than anything, as acid and bacteria in the gut are not meant to be diminished or eliminated, but healthily maintained. Fighting what’s naturally meant to exist in the body does more harm than good and the bad name that stomach acid has received over the years should cease as Jonathan V. Wright, M.D., author of “Why Stomach Acid is Good for You,” explains. (3)

He’s worked with thousands of people who have had everything from bloating to heartburn, saying that, “most of these individuals had been compounding their health problems by taking antacids or acid-blocking drugs either on their own or on the advice of health care practioners.” (2)
Even back in the mid-90s it was an issue. “Maalox and Mylanta — people just drink them like water,” said Dr. Man C. Fung, lead author of a report that linked its magnesium consumption to death. “They don’t even think about it.” (3)

Rather than turn to over the counter or other methods to “improve” the way the gut works, there are many natural ways to help find relief from heartburn while also boosting overall gut health.

Top foods to help heal gut health

Fruits and vegetables

The fiber from fruits and vegetables helps keep the digestive tract in check as opposed to fiber obtained from non-plant sources, which can worsen overall health. (4) Plus, eating them is good for you anyway; time and time again the benefits of eating fresh fruits and vegetables are reported, often helping people heal from illnesses, boost weight loss, increase energy and just feel better overall.

Coconut oil

Its antifungal and antimicrobial properties make coconut oil a great way to get rid of the harmful bacteria in the gut, allowing only the good kind to flourish. (5)

Fermented foods

Sauerkraut, water or milk kefir and miso are some fermented foods that contain beneficial bacteria that help to maintain a healthy gut. (5)

Long touted as a healing food across the board, garlic works to improve gut health by helping probiotics thrive. (6) It’s considered a prebiotic, which means that it provides nutrients for probiotics to feed on. In turn, the natural flora of the digestive system stays in harmony, making it difficult for bad bacteria to wreak havoc.

Fall Reset: Your Mini-Guide To A 1-Day Detox

Fall is now officially upon us.  It's time for a seasonal detox.  Colon Hydrotherapy along with juice fasts for optimal detoxing.  We have BOTH!  Contact us at Infinity Health & Wellness Center 267-338-9455.

Considering doing a cleanse this fall after a summer of indulgence? Doing a one-day detox after a long weekend or vacation can be just what your body needs to get back on track. If you're suffering from any of these common ailments, your body is practically begging you to hit the reset button:
  • Allergies
  • Bloating, and/or constipation
  • Weight gain, especially abdominal
  • Insomnia
  • Joint pains
  • Fatigue
  • Low energy

  • Why fall?
As the seasons change, it's the perfect time to re-evaluate our habits and cleanse our bodies, homes, and minds. Choose one sacred day this month and devote it to your health. Try to combine it with a digital detox by turning off the phone, computer, and TV and enjoy time alone or with family.
Or spend a portion of the day tackling a closet or drawer that needs to be cleaned out. (Think you're bad at decluttering? Here's some motivation.) Choose one physical thing that needs de-cluttering in your life and do it today.
    Your Mini-Guide To A 1-Day Detox
When you wake up: Drink warm lemonade. Mix 8 ounces warm (not hot!) water with half a lemon (freshly squeezed) to hydrate your body and stimulate digestion.
Meditation: Set yourself up for success and quiet your mind with a 10-minute meditation. To settle yourself before you begin, take 10 deep cleansing breaths. Not sure how to begin meditating? Try theCalm app, which has a timer with guided meditations for every mood.
Breakfast: Start your day by flooding your body with antioxidants, thanks to a green smoothie. So many delicious ways to go about this, but go easy on the fruit. A simple rule of thumb is to use three servings of vegetables for every piece of fruit. My favorite combo is the following:
    • A handful of spinach
    • A cucumber
    • Half avocado
    • 1 inch freshly peeled ginger
    • Pear
Add filtered water or coconut water then blend for 30 seconds.
Mid-morning: Enjoy a cup of matcha tea and a handful of raw, unsalted almonds. This will calm any cravings and the matcha tea will give you a calm alertness for the rest of the day.
Lunch: Avoid the afternoon slump by eating a light lunch. Try a marinated kale salad with a cup of carrot ginger soup. Add as many different colors as you can to your salad including a healthy fat, like avocado. Avoid store-bought dressings as they're often filled with preservatives and hidden sugars. Dress your salad with extra virgin olive oil and the other half of your lemon from the morning.
Exercise: Go for a light 20-minute walk outside after lunch — without your phone.
Mid-afternoon snack: If you're hungry, eat a half cup of goji berries with 8 ounces filtered water. If possible, take a 20-minute nap!
Unwind: To aid your body in releasing toxins, unwind with a hot stone massage or an infrared sauna treatment. This will provide relief for sore joints and muscles while also helping you to relax.
Dinner: Keep it simple while focusing on whole foods. Try roasted chicken with brussels sprouts; cruciferous vegetables are great for liver detoxification.
Nightcap: Drink a cup of hibiscus tea. Filled with antioxidants, it reportedly helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol while also supporting your digestive system. When buying at the store, make sure it is caffeine free as some brands blend with green tea. I like to enjoy mine in a wine glass - it looks just like red wine!
Gratitude: Write down three things for which you are most grateful today in a journal or scrap of paper. The practice of writing versus thinking has a way of activating the pleasure centers in our brain. Go the extra mile, and add in another 20-minute meditation before drifting off to a restorative sleep.
Notice how your body feels after just one day of avoiding common food triggers like gluten, corn, dairy, caffeine, and sugar. I hope you'll feel fantastic!

    Dirty Substances in Tampons!!!

6 Nasty Substances Found in Feminine Hygiene Products

6 Nasty Substances Found in Feminine Hygiene Products

    • Chlorine: Used to bleach cotton menstrual products, particularly tampons and menstrual pads
    • Dioxins and furans: Known carcinogens that can cause reproductive, developmental and hormonal problems, and can have a detrimental effect on the immune system. These are by-products of the chlorine used for the bleaching process.
    • Pesticide residue: Most cotton used for tampons and pads is made from conventionally-grown cotton, which is treated with heavy pesticides. While the FDA “recommends” that tampons be free of pesticide residue, testing on the popular brand o.b. detects the presence of pesticides like pyrethrum, procymidone, mecarbam and fensulfothion—which are possible carcinogens and linked to endocrine disruption. And, while the Chem Fatalereport does not mention this specifically, I would also like to mention that some brands use genetically-modified cotton. If you’re avoiding eating GMO foods, you’ll probably want to reconsider putting GMO products in other parts of your body as well.
    • Fragrance: This one simple word can contain multitudes of harmful chemicals—none of which are required to be listed or disclosed on labels. “Fragrances” can include chemicals known to be carcinogens, endocrine disruptors, irritants and allergens. While these fragrances are most commonly found in douches and sanitary wipes (more on that topic later), it’s also common for pads and tampons to come with “scented” versions. Feminine deodorants and perfumes are also well-known to cause irritation and allergic reactions, in large part due to the fragrances used.
    • Parabens: Found in vaginal anti-itch creams, feminine wipes and feminine washes, typically as a preservative. Parabens are skin irritants and allergens, and may have damaging estrogenic properties.
    • Synthetic materials: Most tampons and pads are not 100% cotton these days, they are made from synthetic fabrics like rayon, or Super Absorbent Powders (SAPs). Some of these substances, along with the other chemicals and fragrances, can cause rashes and skin irritation, particularly when used in menstrual pads.
In addition to the toxicity of these various chemicals found in feminine hygiene products, I would also like to note that there are also certain types of products that are harmful to vaginal health not only due to their ingredients, but because their actual functions and purposes are inherently problematic.

    Get Rid Of Cellulite!!

Use Photoshop.....or, try these 10 Ways to Get Rid of Cellulite

Cellulite — that unsightly, ripply fat around the buttocks and upper legs — has plagued women since the beginning of time, but seems to be more persistent these days. What’s causing it and what can you do to get rid of it? Let’s take a look…

    What is Cellulite?

Cellulite is the product of two things — fat and connective tissue, otherwise known as collagen. You could also make the argument that there’s a third factor — being a woman. Women have three layers of fat under the most cellulite-prone areas of skin; men only have one. Also, for men, collagen has a cross-linked structure which essentially means it’s more rigid. For women, collagen is structured into rows and holds fat in place by forming fat compartments. This combination of factors is responsible for cellulite’s ripple effect. It’s worth mentioning that strong, toned muscles can do a lot to reduce the amount of rippling.[1] However, cellulite isn’t just an issue for heavier women; even the most slender women can find themselves with cellulite.

    What’s Causing Cellulite?

Cellulite has a number of causes — too much estrogen, lack of exercise, excess weight, a toxic lifestyle, and poor diet. It’s thought to affect 90% of women in industrialized nations despite being, at one time, uncommon in women under 35.
High estrogen levels have been linked to the formation of cellulite.[2] Often estrogen and other hormones are imbalanced byendocrine disruptors such as pesticides, plastics, and a huge array of other chemicals that we’re all exposed to.
Cellulite is worse when circulation is interrupted. In other words, tight clothing around the hips, buttocks, and thighs is best avoided. [3]
A low-activity lymph system is also a factor in the development of cellulite. Your body’s lymph system is your waste network and lymph is fluid that carries waste and toxins away from cells so it can be expelled from your body. Unlike blood, which is pumped by your heart, the lymph system has no pump. It’s entirely dependent on you using and moving your muscles. This is a big reason by exercising, being active, and strengthening your muscles can help reduce cellulite.

What Can You Do About Cellulite?

I’d like to tell you that getting rid of cellulite is a quick remedy away but that’s not quite accurate. Unless you’re interested in liposuction, the only way to get rid of the orange peel complexion is time and concerted effort. Natural approaches that may reduce cellulite include:
    1. Balancing your hormones.
    2. Avoiding processed omega-6 fats, which means staying away from soy oil.
    3. Limiting your caffeine intake.
    4. Avoiding foods and products that contain or have been exposed to pesticides, plastics, harsh cleaning chemicals, and non-organic personal care and cosmetic products. They all contain hormone mimickers that disturb natural endocrine balance.
    5. Getting enough sleep! Your hormones simply will not stay balanced if you’re not getting enough sleep.
    6. Getting adequate omega-3 fats, such as those found in fish, olive, and nut oils.
    7. Adding one to two tablespoons of coconut oil in your diet every day. It’s a great building block for your hormones.
    8. Getting your lymph moving! I mentioned exercise before, but dry skin brushing can also be beneficial and it’s easy. Just use a soft natural-bristle brush and brush your skin in one direction for about five minutes once or twice a day. It’s relaxing, feels good, and is a great way to eliminate toxins!
    9. Exercising with weights to strengthen your entire body, but specifically your buttocks and legs.
    10. Eating a diet high in healthy fats and proteins and low in refined, processed carbohydrates.

    Final Thoughts

Fighting cellulite can largely be summed up as adopting a natural, healthy lifestyle — and that’s something that offers countless benefits in its own right. Have you ever tried to reduce cellulite? What did you find to be the most successful? Please leave a comment and share your experience with us

    Over-Weight equals Under-Sex!!!

Whoomp there it is!  Think about it.  When we are overweight, obese, unfit, sluggish, toxic, it affects not just our health & attitudes.......it affects our lover & our love-life!

3 Ways My Weight Hurt My Sex Life

The first time I saw my wife, I was head over heels in love. I was seventeen years old and thought she walked on water. We formed a friendship that turned into a relationship. We were married the day after I turned eighteen, six months after we met.
As young newlyweds, we couldn’t keep our hands off each other and our sex life was magical. As we became “adults,” we got saddled with the responsibilities of life.
We had children and I had a string of miserable jobs. Between stress, and the odd hours at my job, I quickly gained weight. At my heaviest, I was 370 pounds. I have shared this weight loss journey here onMindBodyGreen.
My increased weight affected a lot of areas of life, but it especially affected our sex life. That passion we used to share faded as my weight increased. My wife noticed, but didn’t know how to help me. If you're struggling with weight issues, you’re struggling with the same problems.
Time is the only thing we’ll never get back. That time that you have with your special someone should be spent making magic, not fighting.
Here are three ways my weight affected our sex life (and three things you're likely experiencing if you're also struggling with your weight):
    1. I didn’t feel sexy.
Every time I would look at my naked body, I would get depressed and angry. The extra skin and big belly made it hard to feel desirable. More than that, I would look at myself and wonder if my wife still found me sexy.
A negative self-imagine affects you in a lot of ways. You don’t feel sexy, you’re not confident, you feel insecure about yourself and your relationship. You wonder if your partner will start to be attracted to someone skinnier.
When you don’t feel sexy, and start to turn down sex as a result, neither partner feels sexy or motivated for more sex. The distance between you two will increase, leading to a whole set of new problems. Sex is an important part of every relationship.
For the guys reading this, I know what you're thinking: I'd never turn down sex.
That might be something you'd say out loud, but if we were going to get really honest with each other, we both know that's not true.
    2. I couldn’t give into the experience.
Having incredible sex means completely giving into those animal urges you have for that person you love. When you have a negative self-image, you can’t fully embrace the experience.
Your mind isn’t clear because you have all those negative thoughts swirling around in your head. Goodsex is just as much about what's going on mentally, as what's going on physically.
When you’re busy feeling self-conscious about your weight, instead of thinking about the other person, the quality of that sexual experience is diminished. To have great sex, your mind and body have to be in harmony.
    3. It hurt my sex drive.
Having the extra weight took away my energy. After a hard day’s work, the stresses of work, and the craziness of life, the last little bit of energy I had was gone when it was time to make love.
I wasn’t in the mood as much as I use to be. This lead to many heated discussions with my wife.
I didn’t want this to be the end of my story, so I went on a journey to live a healthy lifestyle. I lost 170 pounds and our sex life is better than ever. We’re back to that place where we have that nervous excitement for each other.
Weight gain affects your body, mind, energy, and all of this affects how much you want to have sex. After gaining weight, I started to make excuses instead of communicating with my partner because it was just too hard to express what I was feeling.
I know it’s hard, but if you’re on a weight loss journey right now, know that it will be worth it once you reach your goal. Take this journey one day at a time. Don’t focus on that big number, just focus on what you need to accomplish each day.
Sex is an important part of any relationship. If you’re struggling with any of these issues, the best thing you can do is talk to your partner. It may not be easy to verbalize, but it will help.
Don’t let your weight be a reason to lose what you once had. Life is too short!

    Grow Your Hair !!!!!

This herb may help with Hair Regrowth.  But, as with any herb, consult with your professional herbalist before using!

dang gui angelica sinensis 263x164 Indigenous Chinese Herb Regrows Hair By Halting Cell Suicide

An herb indigenous to China, widely used for gynecological ailments while also treating both men and women for fatigue, inflammation, anemia, and high blood pressure, has now been shown to regrow hair by halting apoptosis (suicide) of cells.
Angelica sinensis, commonly known as dong quai, is full of phytochemicals including coumarins, phytosterols, ferulate, polysaccharides, and flavanoids.
Also known as Chinese Angelica, the herb belongs to the same plant family as celery, parsely, carrots, and poison hemlock. Kyung Hee University in Seoul, South Korea, has conducted studies on the herb to find that “Hair loss is accompanied by keratinocyte apoptosis-regression during catagen and prolonged telogen. Angelica sinensis was reported to promote hair growth in vitro.”
Their findings were published as “Angelica sinensis Induces Hair Regrowth via the Inhibition of Apoptosis Signaling” in the American Journal of Chinese Medicine.
A Kyung Hee University research representative stated:
“Based on previous studies, we explored the hair growth effect and the mechanism of A. sinensis related to keratinocyte apoptosis-regression during catagen in mice. The 70% Ethanol extract of A. sinensis was applied topically at doses of 1 and 100 mg/mL to the dorsa of C57BL/6 mice for 2 weeks. The A. sinensis-treated group showed noticeable hair regrowthTreatment with A. sinensis restored the lengths of hair shafts and size of hair follicles.
In addition, mice treated with A. sinensis showed notably decreased apoptotic cells, along with a significant change in the expression of cleaved caspase-3 and the ratio of a pair of apoptosis-associated proteins: Bcl-2 and Bax. Also, A. sinensis inhibited the nuclear translocation of NF-kappa B, the phosphorylation of I kappa B-alpha, the phosphorylation of three mitogen-activated protein MAP kinases, and the activation of c-Jun with decreased TNF-alpha.”
The researchers findings suggest that hair regrowth is possible and hair loss can be reversed by reducing apoptosis regression during catagen. This is great news for those looking a little thin on top.
In addition to potentially utilizing dong quai, there are of course a number of other natural solutions for hair loss and thinning hair. Increasing protein intake, taking B-complex vitamins, and consuming more omega-3 fats can encourage healthy hair growth. Admittedly, you may have trouble finding a true solution to balding, but that doesn’t mean you can’t slow the process and make the best of what you’ve been given.

Choose the right Protein Powder for YOU

Seriously, there are soooo many protein powders out there.  This article helps identify some key ingredients to look out for.......

Is Your Protein Powder Inflaming You?

Is Your Protein Powder Inflaming You?

One of the most popular supplements in our society today is protein powder.  These powders come from a variety of different sources and a number of unique manufacturing processes.  Unfortunately, 95% of commercial protein powders have toxic ingredients that could be slowly inflaming your body and depleting the cellular nutrient stores.
Protein supplements can be a great addition to a healthy diet. This is due to their ability to provide essential and branched-chain amino acids in a highly absorbable form.  While there are many different protein sources only a few are of high quality.  Most commercial protein powders use inferior protein sources and fill their products with artificial sweeteners and preservatives that are highly toxic.
The most common protein sources used in commercial powders include soy, egg, whey, & wheat gluten.  An intelligent consumer must be very suspicious of these.  Soy and gluten containing proteins (wheat, barley, rye, oat, kamut, & spelt) are highly allergenic and promote inflammatory reactions within the body (123).

    Soy Protein is an Anti-Nutrient:

Soy protein is an anti-nutrient that should be avoided for several reasons.  Soy contains phytic acids that bind and pull major minerals such as calcium, magnesium, & zinc from the body (456).  High processed soy consumption is linked with deficiencies in these major minerals.  Soy also contains enzyme inhibitors that turn off natural enzyme’s needed to perform critical cell functions (78).  Goitrogenic substances that block thyroid hormone are highly prevalent in soy foods as well (9).
Animal protein that comes from animals raised in conventional factory farms are extraordinarily toxic.  These animals are pumped full of dangerous hormones and anti-biotics while eating genetically modified, pesticide laden grains.  This combination causes massive amounts of toxic bioaccumulation within the animal tissue and animal byproducts.

    Grass-Fed Animals More Nutrient Dense:

Animals raised naturally on organic, free-range pastures that feed on grass and seeds are very healthy.  Therefore these grass-fed animal sources are very healthy forms of protein.  However, manufacturers most often process these protein sources at high temperatures.  This processing highly denatures the amino acids.  Denatured amino acids are acidic, inflammatory, and micro-nutrient deficient.   This is a hazardous product to consume.
Non-denatured, grass-fed whey protein concentrate (not isolate) from organic pastures is the highest quality protein source for most individuals.  This form of whey protein contains beta-glucans, lactoferrins, & immunoglobins that enhance immune function.   Additionally, non-denatured whey contains all the branch chain amino acids and optimal ratios of essential amino acids (10).  Finally, non-denatured whey protein is one of the best food sources for boosting cellular anti-oxidants such as glutathione.

    The Best Vegetarian Proteins:

The best vegetarian proteins are from brown rice, peas, & hemp.  Pea protein is considered the most hypo-allergenic protein which is especially important for individuals with chronic food allergies and leaky gut syndrome.   When mixed with a high quality pea or hemp protein they form a complete protein source with all essential and branched-chain amino acids.
Hemp protein is one of the very few plant based complete protein sources.  Hemp is a great source of sulfur containing amino acids methionine and cysteine which are necessary for cellular detoxification and the production of vital enzymes.  Additionally, it is rich in branched chain amino acids that are needed for muscle growth and repair.
Your protein powder should also contain medium chain triglycerides from sources such ascoconut oil to improve bioavailability and aid in digestive comfort. This should never contain artificial flavorings and preservatives of any kind.  This source should be sweetened with natural sources such as stevia and/or xylitol.   Certain individuals may feel inflamed using a grass-fed, non-denatured whey protein.  They should switch to a high quality vegan protein such as hemp, pea, or brown rice and monitor results.

Today, our environment is full of pollution and toxins excreted by vehicles, factories, plastics in our homes, mercury dental fillings, and chemical farm sprays. These chemicals interact with our cells, the signals that are sent between cells, and our mitochondria, interrupting normal function and increasing inflammation. These toxins increase both the probability of getting a chronic disease and the severity of symptoms of that disease. Reducing your exposure to plastics, solvents, and heavy metals will help you attain and maintain good health, as will increasing vegetable and berry consumption, which improves processing and elimination of these toxins.

Infinity Health and Wellness Center has Enzyme Supplements

    Inefficient enzymes (DNA)
We each have a unique mix of efficient and inefficient enzymes, courtesy of the DNA we inherited from our parents. It is the interaction between these enzyme efficiencies and inefficiencies and our diet and lifestyle choices that determines which chronic diseases we acquire. Consuming a nutrient-dense diet, reducing the risk of food allergies, eating and living organic, engaging in regular stress reduction, and getting 7 or more hours of sleep each night dramatically reduces the risk that inefficient enzymes will lead to a chronic disease.
Ultimately, it is our diet and lifestyle choices that either create health, abundant energy, joy, and a clear mind or problems with fatigue, brain fog, pain, and other physical complaints. Disease begins with broken chemistry in our cells, which arises from our diet and lifestyle choices. Eat and live for your cells today and feel better tomorrow.
